ICE Trikes for Physical and Mental Therapy

This is what Nigel from our Head Hunters group ride had to say:


I joined a group of friends yesterday from my cardiac rehabilitation class for a bicycle ride, my first in more than 35 years.  I am visually impaired and therefore not allowed on the roads!  I'm usually considered a dangerous pedestrian by some of my friends.  

It was great to join everyone else doing something outside in the fresh air.  Everyone made me feel included, without any stigma. I have to say, I never considered being able to go out on a bicycle again, especially in a safe way.  

The thrill of the return journey, going downhill at increasing speed was like being on a rollercoaster. My adrenalin levels were certainly up.  

Being outside in the sunshine was brilliant!!
